This means you have to be a Registered Nurse with work experience and have achieved a proficient score in an English proficiency test.
Completing the course will provide you with a Graduate Certificate of Australian Nursing.
What the graduate certificate will mean to you
Offered by Southern Cross University, EPIQ is fully accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Successfully completing the course means you will be eligible to register with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
Scope of study
EPIQ combines theoretical learning with the opportunity to build on your professional practice in a wide spectrum of the nursing practice – from contextual, professional, collaborative to therapeutic practice in Australia. All these for only a period of six months with an eight week placement.
The course is offered on campus where students complete foundational theory work after which comes a consolidated professional experience placement. Assessments are done during on-campus training and appraisals given in the clinical settings.
